How it works

From paper scans to audit-ready compliance

Four steps, with a human review at the point where data becomes the record of truth.

  1. Step 1

    Upload & scan

Upload certificates, survey reports, and compliance documents — individually or in bulk. Scans are stored in the vessel's document vault automatically.

  2. Step 2

    AI-assisted extraction

AI reads the document and proposes structured fields: certificate type, number, issuer, issue and expiry dates. Nothing is written to the compliance record without your review.

  3. Step 3

    Review & confirm

A human reviews the extracted data, corrects anything that looks off, and confirms. This keeps people in control of the compliance record.

  4. Step 4

    Track & stay ahead

Every confirmed certificate is tracked against its expiry date. Alerts fire before deadlines, and dashboards show what is compliant, expiring, or expired.

What about the AI part?

AI is used to reduce data entry, not to make compliance decisions. Extracted values can be inaccurate, so every AI-suggested field is reviewed before it becomes part of a vessel's record.
